Küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte tüm alanlarda yoğun bir değişim ve dönüşüm yaşanmaktadır. Dinamik olan bu süreçte dünyanın herhangi bir bölgesindeki sorun çok kısa sürede küresel bir mesele haline dönüşebilmektedir. Doğu Akdeniz’ de enerji kaynaklarının paylaşımı noktasında bölge ülkeleri arasında yaşanan anlaşmazlıklar da, bölge dışı aktörlerin müdahil olmalarıyla,girift bir hal almış ve çözümü zor bir küresel soruna dönüşmüştür. Bölgesel sorunların küreselleşmesini Doğu Akdeniz örneği üzerinden ele alan bu çalışma, aktörler ve olaylar üzerinden bölgedeki enerji paylaşım sorununu ele almayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada güvenlik ve küreselleşme ilişkisi açıklanarak; Doğu Akdeniz’in önemi ve bölgedeki sorunların küreselleşme süreci incelenmiştir. Çalışmada tarihsel ve betimsel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.
Along with the globalization process, an intense change and transformation is experienced in all areas. In this dynamic process, any problem in any part of the world can turn into a global issue in a very short time. The disagreements between the countries of the region regarding the sharing of energy resources in the Eastern Mediterranean have become complex with the involvement of non-regional actors and have turned into a global problem that is difficult to solve. This study, which deals with the globalization of regional problems through the example of the Eastern Mediterranean, aims to address the energy sharing problem in the region through actors and events. In the study, by explaining the relationship between security and globalization; the importance of the Eastern Mediterranean and the globalization process of the problems in the region have been discussed. Historical and descriptive research methods were used in the study.
