In this study, Fatima bint Qais (d. 54/674), who prominent among ladies of companions of the prophet and subject to some importants issues will be described. An important reason why this study, a great majority of the hadith on “ Nafaqah and Sukna” and “Cassasa”, it is transmitted by Fatima bint Qais. Although these narrations are included in the sources saheeh and sturdy, it is necessary to examine this subject negative comments have been made and continue to be made. “Nafaqah and sukna” will be examined together with the narrations. Although these narrations are included in authentic and reliable sources, the fact that there are many different interpretations on them has made it necessary to examine this subject in detail. The hadith of "nafaqah and sukna" has been evaluated together with all its tariqs, and the views of the companions and the imams of the next sect are included.
Bu çalışmada hanım sahâbiler arasında öne çıkan ve önemli bazı meselelere konu olan Fâtıma bt. Kays (ö. 54/674) ele alınacaktır. Temel hadis kaynaklarında geçen “nafaka ve süknâ” meselesi ve “Cessâse” ile ilgili rivâyetlerin büyük çoğunluğunun Fâtıma bt. Kays tarafından nakledilmiş olması, bizi bu çalışmaya sevk eden sebeplerden biri ve belki de en önemlisidir. Bu rivâyetler her ne kadar sahih ve muteber kaynaklarda yer alsa da üzerinde çok farklı yorumlar yapılmış olması bu konunun detaylı olarak incelenmesini gerekli kılmıştır. “Nafaka ve süknâ” hadisi tüm tarîkleriyle birlikte değerlendirilmiş sahabenin ve sonraki mezhep imamlarının görüşlerine yer verilmiştir.
