The Süleyman Demirel University Journal of Social Sciences Institute (SDU-JS) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal that has been in publication since 2005. As of 2026, the journal is published twice a year (June and December). (SDU-JS) primarily focuses on topics within the social and human sciences, with particular emphasis on communication, economics, political science, and sociology.
The journal accepts conceptual, review, and research articles. The publication languages of SDU-JS are Turkish and English. Manuscripts written in Turkish must include an extended abstract in English (500-1000 words). Committed to its publication policy, SDU-JS prioritizes societal benefit in the field of social sciences and encourages studies that offer both theoretical and practical contributions.
In line with its mission to enhance the national and international visibility of published studies, SDU-JS is pleased to announce its application to the ESCI and SCOPUS indexes as of 2025. Additionally, the journal is currently under evaluation by TR DİZİN.
