Karbon tetraklorür Uygulanan Dişi Sıçanlarda Allium schoenoprasum L.’nin Serum Total Sialik Asit ve Lipid Bağlı Sialik Asit Üzerindeki Koruyucu Etkisi.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Allium schoenoprasum L. (AS) uygulamasının sıçanların serumunda total sialik asit (TSA) ve lipid bağlı sialik asit (LSA) üzerindeki etkileri karbon tetraklorür (CCL4) uygulamasını takiben incelendi. Çalışmada hayvan materyali olarak Wistar albino ırkı sıçanlar kullanıldı ve her grupta yedi sıçan olacak şekilde 10 grup oluşturuldu. A. schoenoprasum L. özü, 9 gün boyunca 100, 200, 400 mg / kg'da oral gavaj yolu ile sıçanlara uygulandı. CCL4 1 ml/kg tek doz intraperitoneal (i.p.) yolla toksisite oluşturmak için uygulandı. Çalışmanın sonunda, TSA ve LSA düzeyleri serum örneklerinde spektrofotometrik yöntem ile ölçüldü. TSA düzeyi, CCL4 grubunda en yüksek seviyeye çıkarken; CCL4 grubuna göre, kontrol ve farklı dozlarda uygulanan AS ekstresinin grupları arasında önemli fark olduğu belirlendi (p<0.01). Ancak TSA açısından CCL4 + AS ekstresi uygulanan gruplar, CCL4 grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark yoktu (p>0.05). CCL4 grubundaki serum LSA düzeyleri, kontrol ve sadece AS ektresi uygulanan gruplara göre yüksekti (p<0.001). CCL4 + AS ekstre grupları serum LSA düzeyini kontrol grubuna yaklaştırırken, CCL4 ile bu gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p>0.05). Ayrıca CCL4+Legalon grubu, kontrol ve CCL4 gruplarına göre anlamlı bir fark oluşturmadı (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak, CCL4 uygulanan sıçanların TSA ve LSA serum konsantrasyon düzeylerinin A. schoenoprasum L. uygulamasından etkilendiği bulundu. CCL4 uygulanan gruplarda, TSA ve LSA serum seviyelerindeki artışı A. schoenoprasum L. kısmen önledi. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları A. schoenoprasum L'nin serum TSA ve LSA konsantrasyon düzeyleri üzerinde olumlu bir etkisinin olduğunu göstermektedir.
