Editorial Shift and Refined Scope for 2026

As of 2026, Lectio Socialis has officially transitioned from a general social sciences and humanities journal to a specialized publication focused exclusively on Political Science and its various sub-disciplines. Consequently, the journal’s scope is now refined to prioritize interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary research that specifically addresses political phenomena and the political dimensions of social reality. Moving forward, we invite scholarly contributions rooted in political theory, comparative politics, international relations, and political sociology, as general studies lacking a central political focus will no longer fall within our editorial mandate. This strategic shift aims to provide a more concentrated academic platform for analyzing the complex political structures of the contemporary world, and we thank our contributors for their continued support during this transition.
