Abstract
Kırıkkale, Cumhuriyet döneminde kurulan şehirlerdendir. Yeni kurulan
bu şehirde toplumun şekillenmesinde Kırıkkale Halkevi önemli bir role sahiptir. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin yan kuruluşu gibi çalışan bir sivil toplum kurumudur.

Abstract
Kırıkkale is a province established during the Republic Period. Kırıkkale Community Centre has an important role in reshaping the society in this
recently established province. It is a non-governmental organization working as a subsidiary organ of Republican People’s Part.
