İletişimde Duygusal Zekanın Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmada toplum ruh sağlığı kapsamında önemli konulardan biri olan iletişim ve iletişimde duygusal zekanın rolü ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Bireylerin ruh sağlıklarını koruyabilmelerinin temel belirleyicilerinden biri de, toplum içinde yaşayan bir varlık olarak kişilerarası sağlıklı iletişim kurabilme becerisidir. Bu becerinin geliştirilmesi için en önemli faktör, bireylerin diğerlerinin duygularını doğru tanımlama ve yönetebilme becerilerini geliştirebilmesidir. Bu amaçla, toplum ruh sağlığını yakından ilgilendiren, iletişim ve duygusal zeka konuları ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır.

The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Communication

Abstract

In this study, the role of emotional intelligence in communication and communication, which is one of the important issues within the context of community mental health, was discussed in detail. One of the main determinants of individuals' ability to protect their mental health is the ability to establish a healthy interpersonal communication as a being living in society. The most important factor for the development of this skill is that individuals can develop their skills to correctly define and manage the emotions of others. For this purpose, communication and emotional intelligence issues, which are closely related to the mental health of the community, were discussed in detail.
