Candidate manuscripts accepted for publication by the editorial board are first pre-formatted by the layout editor.
The formatted manuscript is then sent to the authors for a final review before publication. At this stage, authors may be asked to make certain stylistic adjustments and to complete any missing content.
Once the authors’ final review is completed, the manuscript is assigned to be published in the most appropriate issue of the journal as determined by the editorial board. The article is then published as an early view in the assigned issue.
