Böylelikle Avrupa İlamsız İcra Usulü, Alman İlamsız İcra Usulü’nden ayrılmakta ve daha hızlı işlemektedir. Avrupa Ödeme Emri, ek bir tanıma prosedürüne ihtiyaç duyulmaksızın üye tüm ülkelerde icra edilebilme özelliğine sahiptir.
