THE CRIME OF CHICANE

Abstract

The crime of chicane has been regulated by the article 11 of Law No. 6222 which aims to prevent violence and disorders in Sports. The Law No. 6222 has been amended by the Law No. 6250 and this amendment significantly reduced sanction of chicane. On the other hand there are some other provisions not compatible with the basic principles of criminal law and need to be changed.
