THE E VALUATION OF ILLEGAL ABORTION IN POINT OF PREGNANC Y WHICH OCCURED AS A RESULT OF CRIME

Abstract

5237 p. TPC 99 and arrangements related to the termination of pregnancy in Article 100 is located. Of these, Article 99 regulates illegal abortion. Termination of pregnancy which occured consequence of crimes, previous TPC isn’t included in, editing in article 99/6. Overall, the results of the crime in this article hosting many shortcomings and contradictions that occur in paragraph regulating pregnancy failure is present. In our study, primarily illegal abortion discussed in general and focuses on organized crime in the Penal Code illegal abortion. Afterward a result of a crime referred to the legal regulations for pregnant women and problem areas in which they found to have attempted to explain the balance between the right to life of the fetus
