Dış Kaynak Kullanım Nedenleri ve Uygulamaları

Year 2016, Issue: 41, 61 - 79, 01.01.2016

Abstract

Benefits of Using Outsourcing for Businesses

Year 2016, Issue: 41, 61 - 79, 01.01.2016

Abstract

Businesses must review and renew their business processes and management policies in order to survive in a global economy where their company is in mention and put on the map in the world market. Outsourcing as one of these renewal methods is a management strategy which allows effective sustainability of the business activities and continuity of business whereby any activities that are not within the domain of a company’s expertise are delegated to other companies which provide the required specialisation. Outsourcing also plays an important role in cost reduction, downsizing and staff flexibility, 1 Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, İşletme Bölümü E-mail:nevin.aydin@gmail.comquality improvement, risk reduction, adapting to innovation etc. improving the performance of a business
