Abstract

Bu araştırma, hazır giyim işletmelerinin çevik üretim sisteminin temel prensiplerine sahipliği, çeviklik düzeyleri ve yatkınlıklarını belirlenmeye çalışarak, çevik üretim sisteminin hazır giyim işletmelerinde uygulanabilirliğini ortaya koymayı amaçlar. Araştırmanın evrenini hazır giyim işletmeleri, örneklemini ise Düzey 2 TR72 Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansı çerçevesinde Kayseri, Sivas ve Yozgat illerinde faaliyet gösteren 28 adet hazır giyim işletmesi oluşturmaktadır. Anket uygulaması sonucunda elde edilen veriler SPSS (15.0) paket programına aktarılarak, bulgular tablolarda frekans ve yüzde değeri olarak verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, araştırmanın yapıldığı illerde faaliyet gösteren hazır giyim işletmelerindeki çalışan sayılarının, sektörde bulunma sürelerinin ve sermaye güçlerinin yetersiz olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Fakat araştırmaya konu olan hazır giyim işletmelerinin çoğunluğunun mikro işletme olmasına karşın, rekabet öğesi olarak ürün kalitesini gördükleri ve bu doğrultuda üretimde yaşanabilecek sıkıntıları minimize etmede kolaylık sağlayan bilgisayar destekli üretim programlarına sahip oldukları görülmüştür.

APPLICABILITY OF AGILE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM IN READY -MADE CLOTHING ENTERPRICES: REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LEVEL 2 TR72 (KAYSERİ, SİVAS AND YOZGAT) EXAMPLE

Abstract

This study aims to present applicability of agile manufacturing system to ready-made clothing enterprises by determining their ownership of ready-made clothing enterprises of agile manufacturing system, agility levels and predispositions. The universe of this research is formed from ready-made clothing enterprises and the sampling is constitued from twenty eight enterprises still in business in Kayseri, Sivas and Yozgat within the frame of Level 2 TR72 Regional Development Agency. The results of survey application were transferred to SPSS (15.0) package programme and the findings were presented as frequency and percentage value in tables. It is concluded that the number of employees, their duration of presence and capital power were insufficient in ready-made clothing enterprises in the provinces where the research is applied. Howeve; although the majority of these enterprises are micro-enterprises they see the quality of the product as an element of competition element and in this direction it is observed that these enterprices have computer-aid manufacturing software to minimize probable problems.
