Abstract
Seyahat hakkı tüm bireylerin hakkı olduğu gibi engelli bireyler içinde en temel haklardan bir tanesini teşkil etmektedir. Fakat bu alanda yapılan araştırmalar engelli bireylerin seyahat haklarından tam ve etkin bir şekilde yararlanamadığını gösterir niteliktedir. Oysa engelliler dünyadaki turizm endüstrisi için giderek büyüyen önemli bir pazar konumundadır. Avrupa Birliği dünyada insan haklarına oldukça fazla değer veren uluslar üstü bir birliktir. Bu çalışmanın amacını, Avrupa Birliğindeki ülkelerin engellilerin seyahat hakkı ile ilgili mevcut düzenlemelerini ortaya koyarak, var olan durumu tespit etmeye çalışmak oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Avrupa Birliğindeki ülkelerin bu alandaki durumu incelendiğinde yapılan yasal düzenlemelerin uygulamaya tam anlamıyla geçirilemediği tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
The right to travel as well as the right of all individuals constitutes one of the fundamental rights of individuals with disabilities. However, the researches which are done in this area are reflections travelling isnt benefit fully and effectively the rights of people with disabilities. However, for people with disabilities in the world tourism industry is growing increasingly important market position. European Union is a unity that is giving a lot of value to human rights in the world. The aim of this study is revealing by existing regulations regarding the right to travel of persons with disabilities in the European Union, countries that is trying to determine the existing condition. This study examined that the situation rights of people with disabilities of the country in the European Union was determined that the application of the regulations did not fully made through in this countries.
