Abstract

Orta Asyanın güneyinde yer alan Afganistan konumu itibariyle bir köprü ülke durumundadır. Afganistan jeopolitik olarak önemli bir bölgede bulunmakla birlikte, sahip olduğu doğal kaynaklar ile birlikte jeo-stratejik açıdan büyük güçlerin dikkatini cezbetmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Afganistanın Jeopolitik özellikleri sebebiyle yayılmacı ve sömürgeci zihniyete sahip ülkelerin girişimleri, El Kaide- Taliban ilişkisi, 11 Eylül saldırıları ve bu saldırılardan sonra ABDnin Afganistanı işgali, Afganistanda ortaya çıkan güvenlik sorunu gibi konular sebep sonuç ilişkisine göre derinlemesine incelenmiştir ve bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik araştırma yürütülmüştür.

SECURITY SYSTEM IN AFGHANISTAN AFTER SEPTEMBER 11

Abstract

Afghanistan being located in the south of Central Asia has the role of a bridge by its position. As Afghanistan is situated in a geopoliticaly important place, it attracts the attention of the great powers by means of geo-strategy and its natural resources. In this study, the matters like; interventions of the countries in Afghanistan that have expansionist and colonialist mentality due to the geopolitic characteristics of Afghanistan, al Qaeda-Taliban relationship, the September 11 attacks and the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan after these attacks, the problem of emerging security issues in Afghanistan, are examined thoroughly according to cause and effect relationship and research is carried out to find solutions to these issues.
