A new inspiration for acarological life: Acarological Studies
Abstract
Today, there are more than 246,000 regularly and irregularly published serial publications. Only 16
research journals dedicated to the acarology are present. Of these, 10 are
currently active, but the others are no longer published. This editorial
presents information about a new peer-reviewed international journal on
acarology, Acarological Studies (AS), aim of which is
to promote acarological research worldwide. The journal AS is expected to give
a new impulse to the acarology. AS
providing full open access to acarological information uses LOCKSS digital preservation system. All papers
published in AS are
