Akıllı Kişisel Assistanlara Genel Bakış

Year 2019, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 22 - 33, 28.06.2019

Abstract

Teknolojik
gelişmelerle birlikte, akıllı kişisel asistanların günlük yaşantımızda kullanımı
önem kazandı. Gelecekte, yapay zekada tekniklerindeki gelişmelerle birlikte
hayat yönetiminin akıllı kişisel asistanlar tarafından asiste edileceği
öngörülüyor. Günümüzde hala akıllı kişisel asistanların tam potansiyeline
ulaştığını söylemek mümkün değildir. Daha etkin bir kullanım için daha fazla
tekniksel gelişmeye ihtiyaç duyuluyor, özellikle doğal dil işleme alanında. Bu
nedenle, geliştirilmesi gereken konular karşılaşılan zorluklar bazında tespit
edilmelidir.
belirlendi. İnsansılık özelliğinin yapay zeka ürünlerinin içermesi gereken en
önemli özelliklerden biri olduğu anlaşıldı.

Overview of Intelligent Personal Assistants

Year 2019, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 22 - 33, 28.06.2019

Abstract

With the technological
improvements, smart personal assistants come into prominence in daily lives. In
the future, with the improvements of artificial intelligence techniques, it is
foreseen that the individual life management will be assisted by smart personal
assistants. Today, it is still not likely to say that smart personal assistants
have reached their potential. For more efficient use, more technical
developments are needed, especially in the natural language processing. In
order to that, subjects which need to be improved must be determined based on
which challenges are faced. In order to develop more efficient solutions for
the problems, fundamental evaluation is necessary for starters. In this work, features
of the smart personal assistants are examined and existing applications are
referred. For better understanding of what features a smart personal assistant
must contain, a literature review is done. In-use features which have to be
improved in the future are pointed out. Challenges to overcome and subjects to
work for more efficient and widespread use are determined. It is found that
anthropomorphism is one of the most important feature that artificial
intelligence products must have.
