Histochemical Characteristics of Early and Late Fetal Period of Human Stomach Mucosa

Year 1997, Volume: 2 Issue: 2, 12 - 15, 30.04.1997

Abstract

In this study, histochemical characteristics of mucous glands of the seven fetal gastric antrum are investigated. The relation between the presence of gastric acid mucosubstances by PAS, AB (pH 2.5), I-/ ID staining techniques and differentiation and maturation is searched. PAS, HID and AB (p H 2.5) staining techniques as indicator on the neutral and acid mucopolysaccarides demonstration of gland epithelial are used. CEA is known as proliferation antigen and value of CEA as a research techniques is discussed in the fetal maturation. CEA as criterion of embryonic proliferation decreases on the fetal maturation.

İnsan Mide Mukozasının Erken ve Geç Fetal Gelişim Surecindeki Histokimyasal Özellikler

Year 1997, Volume: 2 Issue: 2, 12 - 15, 30.04.1997
