Use of Patient's Natural Tooth as a Provisional for Immediate Loading of a Single Implant in the Maxillary Central Region: A Case Report

Abstract

In patients with dental trauma resulting in root fractures but intact crowns, immediate implant placement with temporary loading of the natural tooth can be performed. This approach not only restores aesthetics and promotes gingival contouring but also provides psychological benefits to the patient. This case report describes the management of a patient with a fractured upper right central incisor due to intraoral trauma, involving immediate implant placement followed by temporary and subsequent permanent loading.

Üst Santral Bölgede Tek İmplantın Anında Yüklemesinde Hastanın Doğal Dişinin Geçici Kron Olarak Kullanımı : Bir Vaka Raporu

Öz

Travmaya uğramış ve ön dişi kökünden kırılmış fakat kron kısmı sağlam olan hastalarda estetiğin sağlanması, diş etinin şekillendirilmesi ve hastaların psikolojik olarak daha iyi hissetmesi için anında implant yerleştirme ve kendi dişleri anında geçici olarak yükleme işlemi yapılabilir. Bu vakada raporunda ağız içi travma sonucu üst sağ santral dişi kırılan hastanın anında implant yerleştirilmesi ve kendi dişiyle anında geçici ve sonrasında daimî yükleme uygulanması anlatılmaktadır.
