GİRİŞ: İmperfore himen en sık görülen
Müllerian kanal anomalisidir. Sıklıkla karın ağrısı ve/veya karında kitle
şikayetleriyle hastaneye başvururlar. Çoğunlukla adolesan dönemde klinik ve
radyolojik yöntemlerle bu hastalara tanı konulmaktadır.
YÖNTEM:
Radyoloji kliniği PACS sistemi üzerinden
01.01.2013 ile 01.10.2017 tarihleri arasında karın ağrısı ve karında
kitle şikayetleriyle başvuran hastaların US görüntü ve raporları, abdominal BT
ve MR rapor ve görüntüleri tarandı.
BULGULAR: Çalışma
kriterlerine uygun olan dokuz hasta tespit edildi. Hastaların US, abdominal BT
ve MR görüntüleri incelendi. Tüm hastalara non invazif ve radyosyon etkisi
olmayan US görüntüleme yöntemi kullanıldığı, dört hastaya BT, dört hastaya MR,
üç hastaya ise US, BT ve MR tetkiki yapıldığı belirlendi.
SONUÇ:
INTRODUCTION: Imperforate hymen is the most commonly seen Müllerian duct anomaly. Patients
often apply to the hospital with complaints of abdominal pain and /or mass in
the abdomen. These patients are mostly diagnosed by clinical and radiological
methods in adolescence period.
METHOD:,
Ultrasound (US) images, abdominal Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic
Resonance Images (MRI) and their corresponding reports belonging to the patients
visited the hospital with abdominal pain and mass complain between 01.01.2013
and 01.10.2017 were scanned on Radiology Clinic PACS system.
RESULTS:
Nine patients who met the study criteria were identified. US, abdominal CT and
MR images of the patients were examined. It was determined that all of these patients
were diagnosed with non-invasive method of US imaging while four patients with
CT, four patients with MRI and three patients with US, CT and MRI examinations.
CONCLUSION: In
our cases, hematocolpos was detected and it was evaluated that the time since
the onset of the disease and the mass size of the hematocolpos were directly
proportional to clinical complaints and findings.
