Tıbbi-Aromatik Bitkiler ve Önemi

Abstract

Bitki
örtüsü çeşitliliği ile çok zengin olan ülkemiz aynı zamanda tıbbi aromatik
bitki çeşitleri açısından da dünyada önemli bir yere sahiptir. Zahter (Kekik türü-
a type of thyme), menengiç (Pistacia terebinthus), şumra (yabani rezene türü),  ve hababa (mercan köşkü türü) da bunlar
arasında sayılabilir.



Bu
bitki sürgünleri gıda olarak (taze, öneğin, salata gibi ve kurutulmuş ürünler,
ayrıca özel turşu ya da salamura şeklinde) tüketilmektedir. Buna ek olarak, bu
bitki sürgünleri, bahar aylarında köylüler tarafından firmalara tıbbi- aromatik
bitki olarak satılmaktadır.

Medical-Aromatic Plants and Importance

Abstract

Our
country, which is very rich with its variety of plants, has also  an important place in the world in terms of
kind of medical aromatic plants. These include Zahter (a type of thyme),
menengic (Pistacia terebinthus), shumra (a species of wild fennel) and hababai
(a species of coral).



Those
plant shoots are widely used as food (in the form of fresh such as salad and
dried products, also made with special pickled). In addition, these plant
shoots are sold as medical and aromatic plants by the villagers to the companies
in the spring.
