Abstract

Aim: To identify nurses' perceived support levels and factors affecting.
Materials and Methods: The descriptive and relationship-seeking study was completed with 445 nurses. Research data was obtained via "Nurse Information Form" and "Perceived Support Scale".
Results: Nurses' perceived manager support score average was 3.63±0.96 (Min.=1-Max.=5), perceived coworker support score average was 3.77±0.71 (Min.=1-Max.=5), perceived organizational support score average was 2.71±0.80 (Min.=1-Max.=5). It was identified that there were statistically significant differences between nurses' period of working in the organization and in the profession and their perceived manager support level total average scores (p<0.05). According to the results of Logistic Regression Analysis, duties, age and period of working in the profession have statistically significant effects on the perceived organizational support level total average score.
Conclusion: It was identified that nurses' perceived co-worker support level was highest and perceived organizational support level was lowest.

Hemşirelerin algıladıkları destek düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi

Year 2020, Volume 6, Issue 1, 59 - 67, 23.04.2020
