Abstract

Orijinal bir belge üzerinde silintiler yapılarak, belge içeriğindeki ögelerin değiştirilmesi ve/veya yeni unsurların ilave edilmesi suretiyle yeni bir belge oluşturulması adli belge inceleme pratiğinde karşılaşılan sahtecilik türlerinden birisidir. Bu çalışmada iki olguda farklı yöntemler kullanılarak gerçek imzadan yararlanmak suretiyle oluşturulmuş üç belge sunulmuştur. Belgeler adli belge inceleme laboratuvarında stereo mikroskop ve VSC 6000/HS cihazları kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Üç farklı belge üzerinde “fiziksel silinti”, “kimyasal silinti”, “imzanın başka bir belgeden fotokopi yoluyla taşınması” ve “imzalı boş bir belgenin üzerinin doldurulması” gibi sahtecilik türlerinin kullanılmış olduğu saptanmıştır.

EXAMINATION OF ALTERED DOCUMENTS THAT CREATED USING DIFFERENT FORGERY METHODS: TWO CASES REPORT

Abstract

Alteration of documents is one of the methods of fraud in questioned document examination practice. Alterations can be made erasures, replacement and/or insertion of material into an original document. Three altered documents in two cases were presented in this study. These documents were examined with stereomicroscope and VSC 6000/HS in Questioned Document Examination Laboratory. “Abrasion”, “chemical eradication”, “signature transportation with photocopy” and “filling signed blank documents” were detected on documents in this case.
