Abstract

Histerektomi, hastamn uterusunun t;lkanlmasl iEjlemidir.
Histerektomiye bagll olarak t;azumlenmesi oldukt;a zor olan bazl adli tiP sorunlan ortaya t;lkabilir Histerektomi ile ilgili adli tiP sorunlan, hem bu ameliyatl yapan kadtn hastallklan uzmanlan hem de bllirki$1 sl/atIYla garuEjlerini bildiren adli tiP uzmanlan at;lslndan son derece buyuk anem taEjlmaktadlr. Hekim. histerektomi sonucunda aEjagldaki nedenlerle ortaya t;lkan sorumluluk durumu ile kar§1kar§lyakalabilir. 1. Koydugu tanlntn dogru olmamasl yuzunden gereksiz bir histerektomiye yol at;masl veya hastantn ameliyat anceslnde bilgilendirilerek nzastntn altnmamasl, 2. A meliyattn, cerrahi giriEjim alanl dlEjlnda kalan bir organ veya olu$uma zarar vermesi, 3. Gerekli postoperatif baklm kOEjullannin saglanmamasl. Histerektomi anemli bir ameliyattlr. Bu ameliyatln infertiliteye yol at;masl nedeniyle, azellikle gene;: kadtnlarda olmak uzere. bu giriEjimin dogru bir Ejekilde yapllmasl kadar gerekt;esinin de haklt bir temele dayanmasl jinekolojik uygulama mn anemli bir yanunu olu§turur. Ameliyat slraslnda uriner sistem ve barsak yaralanmalan slk olarak meydana gelir. Bu ye§it yaralanmalardan kaWil lip kat;lnllamamasl, t;ogu kez hastadaki patolojik duruma ve histerektominin nedenine baglldlr. Bu makalede, histerektomi olgulannda kadln hastallklan hekiminin sorumlulugu ile, histerektomiye bag II adli tiP sorunlan uzerinde durulacaktlr. Aynca, histerektomi olgulannda adli tiP aylstndan sorun dogurabilecek durumlann yamslra, bu r;eEjit adli tiP sorunlanndan kaytnma yollan da ele allnacaktlr.
