Histerektomiye bagll olarak t;azumlenmesi oldukt;a zor olan bazl adli tiP sorunlan ortaya t;lkabilir Histerektomi ile ilgili adli tiP sorunlan, hem bu ameliyatl yapan kadtn hastallklan uzmanlan hem de bllirki$1 sl/atIYla garuEjlerini bildiren adli tiP uzmanlan at;lslndan son derece buyuk anem taEjlmaktadlr. Hekim. histerektomi sonucunda aEjagldaki nedenlerle ortaya t;lkan sorumluluk durumu ile kar§1kar§lyakalabilir. 1. Koydugu tanlntn dogru olmamasl yuzunden gereksiz bir histerektomiye yol at;masl veya hastantn ameliyat anceslnde bilgilendirilerek nzastntn altnmamasl, 2.
