SUBENDOKARDİYAL HEMORAJİ: GERÇEK İNSİDANS NEDİR?

Abstract

Travmatik ölüm ve travmatik olmayan ani ölüm olgularında kalpte subendokardiyal hemoraji dahil bir çok myokardiyal lezyon bildirilmiştir. Bu olgularda subendokardiyal hemoraji ölüm mekanizmasında bir
rol üstlenmiş olabilir. Kardiyak bölgeye direkt travmanın yokluğunda; bu durum gözden kaçabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir seri otopside rastlantısal olarak saptanan iki travmatik ölüm olgusunda subendokardiyal hemoraji nedeniyle subendokardiyal hemorajinin gerçek insidansı ve bir ölüm nedeni olarak değerlendirilmesiyle ilgili sorunlar irdelenmektedir.
