Bone anchored implants are now beingused in dentistry for supporting intraoraland craniofacial prostheses. Although highsuccess rates have been reported, a smallnumber of implants may fail during theearly healing phase or later in the functioning phase. The most important thing needed is to provide and maintain the stabilityof the implant. Implant designs and bonequality may affect stability. Recently, clinical studies prove that if there is high bonequalities then the primary stability are provided, thus immediate and early loadingcan be applied
