New coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has rapidly increased and spread all over the World and was declared as a pandemic disease by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. After that, various information about the protection of individuals at risk, especially healthcare workers, started to be shared from many sources all over the World and in our country. Dentists and dental staff constitute a high risk group due to the fact that the social distance required for prevention can not be achieved and because of the transmission probability of the SARS-CoV-2 responsible for COVID-19 through aerosols and droplets during clinical procedures. In this article, considering the current information about the effect of COVID-19 on oral and dental health; In line with the guidelines and algorithms created by national and international health authorities, comprehensive information and future perspectives on process management principles for dentistry were presented.
