Abstract
In this study, it was performed the dyeing process of cationized cotton and normal cotton with the direct and reactive dyestuffs at the acidic and basic environment, salt-no salt, without using soda. The behaviors in the treatment process of normal cotton and cationized cotton with the cationic reactives and their wash fastness, treatment costs, the dye exhaustion and fixation of cationic cotton compare to normal cotton were investigated. Obtaining the waste water of the clear dyeing and saving the chemical matters were also investigated experimentally. In the result of these studies normal cotton and the cationic cotton were compared with each other hand their advantages and disadvantages were shown. In textile industry, the dyeing behaviors of the cationized cotton and positive contribution to dyeing process were assessed. MATHLAB 7.0 for Windows is used in getting graphical results
