Günümüz Gelişme Ekonomisi Politikaları Çerçevesinde Ahiliğin Yapısı ve İktisadi Anlayışı

Abstract

Ahilik teşkilatları XIII. yüzyılda ahlakla sanatın ahenkli uyumuyla Anadolu’ya özgü bir yapı olarak Selçuklular döneminde kurulmuş, daha sonra lonca sistemi ve gedik uygulamalarıyla kurumsal nitelikte varlığını XX. yüzyıla kadar devam ettirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, gelişme ekonomisi politikaları ışığında Ahilik teşkilatlarının iktisadi anlayışının irdelenmesi ve günümüz politikalarının izlerini ne ölçüde taşıdığının bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ortaya konmasıdır. Bu çerçevede, günümüz gelişme ekonomisi politikalarının genel çerçevesi ve öne çıkan yanları ele alınmış, bu politikaların belirgin özellikleriyle de ilişkisi gözetilerek Ahilik teşkilatlarının yapısı ve iktisadi anlayışı konu bazında incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Yaran Odaları ve Bacıyan-ı Rum (Anadolu Kadınları) teşkilatlarıyla birlikte, seçim esaslı ve kendine özgü örgütsel yapısı bulunan Ahilik teşkilatlarının Anadolu’da yaygın bir mesleki çeşitlilikte iktisadi, ticari ve sosyal işlevler üstlendiği görülmektedir. Ahilerin iktisadi anlayışının günümüz gelişme ekonomisi politikalarının birçok yönüyle belirgin izlerini, hatta benzer özelliklerini taşıdığı görülmüştür.

Structure and Economic Approach of Akhism Organizations in The Framework of Today’s Development Economy Policies

Abstract

The Akhism organizations, which was established as a structure unique to Anatolia in the harmony of ethics and art in the 13th century during the Seljuk period, continued their institutional existence until the 20th century with the guild system and gedik treatments. The aim of this study is to examine the economic understanding of Akhism organizations in the light of development economy policies and to reveal to what extent they bear the traces of today's policies in an integrated manner. In this context, the general framework and prominent aspects of today's development economy policies have been examined, and the structure and economic understanding of the Akhism organizations have been investigated on a subject basis, taking into account the specific characteristics of these policies. In this study, together with the Yaran Chambers and Bacıyan-ı Rum (Anatolian Women) organizations, it is seen that the Achism organizations, which have an election-based and distinctive organizational structure, undertake economic, commercial and social functions with a widespread occupational diversity in Anatolia. It has been observed that the economic understanding of the Akhis has obvious traces and even similar features of today's development economy policies in many aspects.
