Öz

Diarrhea is seen often after liver transplantation. Infectious agents and immunosuppressive therapy are generally the responsible factors for the development of diarrhea. Here, we report a case presenting with diarrhea who was diagnosed as colitis due to mycophenolate mofetil

Öz

Karaciğer nakli sonrası ishal sık olarak izlenmektedir. İshal gelişmesinden enfeksiyöz ajanlar ve nakil sonrası kullanılan immünsüpresif ajanlar sıklıkla sorumlu tutulmaktadır. Burada mikofenolat mofetil kullanımı sonrası ishal gelişen ve kolit saptanan bir olguyu sunacağız.
