The Analysis of Need Satisfaction Levels of Special Education Teachers According to Some Variables

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine need satisfaction levels of on special education teachers according to some demographic variables such as gender, age, years of study, having kid or not, having administrative duty or not. 39 male and 83 female, total 112 special education teachers who work in several cities in Turkey has been participated in this research. Data were collected with "Need Satisfaction Scale" and demographic information form. T-test and Mann-Whitney U Test techniques were used to analyze the data. According to the analysis, there is no significant difference on need satisfaction according to all of the variables. Based on research results, some suggestions were given
