ÖĞRETMENLERİN ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME VE ÖZDEŞLEŞME DÜZEYLERİ İLE BİRLİKTE ÇALIŞMA YETERLİKLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda örgütsel sosyalleşme ve örgütsel özdeşleşme ile birlikte çalışma yeterlikleri düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve örgütsel sosyalleşme, örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyleri ile birlikte çalışma yeterlikleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. İlişkisel tarama modeli ile yürütülmüş olan araştırmanın evrenini 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Bolu il merkezindeki 18 ortaöğretim okulunda görev yapan 594 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerine, özdeşleşmenin içselleştirme ve özdeşleşme boyutu ve toplam ölçek ile birlikte çalışma yeterliklerine ilişkin görüşleri “katılıyorum”, özdeşleşmenin sosyal kimlik boyutunda “kararsızım” düzeyindedir. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme ve özdeşleşme düzeyinde medeni durum, yaş değişkenine göre; birlikte çalışma yeterliğinde okuldaki çalışma süresine göre anlamlı fark bulunurken, branş ve eğitim durumuna göre ise anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEVELS OF TEACHERS’ ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION AND IDENTIFICATION WITH TEACHERS’ COLLECTIVE EFFICACY
Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify teachers’ perceptions about their organizational socialization and organizational identification and their collective efficacy levels and to determine if there is a significant relationship between their organizational identification levels and collective efficacy levels.The study is designed as a correlational survey study and 594 high school teachers working in the city center of Bolu in the 2013-2014 academic year at 18 high schools formed the population of the study. Teachers’ perceptions were at agree level when their organizational socialization levels, organizational identification and internalization level and the whole scale are concerned and their percepitons about their collectice efficacy levels are at undecided level. While when their
perceptions about organizational socialization, identification and collectice efficacy levels are examined according to their marital status ages and years of experience in teaching significant relationship was found , no significant realtionship was found when their their subject-area and educational levels.
