Aksaray Journal of Communication employs a double-blind peer review system. Blind peer review is a method that ensures the objective and impartial evaluation of scientific works in accordance with ethical principles, and it is widely preferred in academic publishing.

Submissions to the journal first undergo a preliminary review by the editor and the editorial board for compliance with formatting guidelines and publishing principles. Manuscripts deemed appropriate after this preliminary review are sent to at least two experts in the field for evaluation. If deemed necessary, the editor may also seek the opinion of a third reviewer.

In accordance with the double-blind peer review method, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept mutually confidential throughout the evaluation process.

The final decision regarding the publication of the studies is made by the editorial board.
