Abstract
In this issue, we turn to artificial intelligence not only to introduce a current European Union call, but also to draw attention to a deeper transformation at play. The use of AI systems in education and training has expanded significantly in the last few years. This expansion means not only an increase in technical capabilities, but also a reshaping of decision-making processes, assessment regimes, content production practices, and the learning experience itself. Therefore, the question today is no longer whether AI will enter education. That threshold has effectively been crossed. The real issue is within what ethical boundaries these technologies will be developed, with what pedagogical priorities they will be used, and within what framework of public responsibility they will be monitored. The title ERASMUS-EDU-2026-POL-EXP-T02-DIGITAL-ETHICSAI, under the Erasmus+ European Policy Experimentations 2026 call, is noteworthy for precisely this reason.
Abstract
Bu sayıda, yalnızca güncel bir Avrupa Birliği çağrısını tanıtmak için değil, daha derinde işleyen bir dönüşüme dikkat çekmek için sözü yapay zekâya getiriyoruz. Son birkaç yılda eğitim ve öğretim alanında yapay zekâ sistemlerinin kullanımı belirgin biçimde genişledi. Bu genişleme, teknik imkânların çoğalması kadar, karar alma süreçlerinin, ölçme değerlendirme rejimlerinin, içerik üretim pratiklerinin ve öğrenme deneyiminin yeniden biçimlenmesi anlamına da geliyor. Dolayısıyla bugün artık tartışılması gereken mesele, yapay zekânın eğitime girip girmeyeceği değildir. Bu eşik fiilen aşılmış durumdadır. Asıl mesele, bu teknolojilerin hangi etik sınırlar içinde geliştirileceği, hangi pedagojik önceliklerle kullanılacağı ve hangi kamusal sorumluluk çerçevesi içinde denetleneceğidir. Erasmus+ European Policy Experimentations 2026 çağrısı altında yer alan ERASMUS-EDU-2026-POL-EXP-T02-DIGITAL-ETHICSAI başlığı tam da bu nedenle dikkat çekicidir.
