Technical Brief: Studies that describe a new method or technique that explains the important findings of a study.
License Agreement
The “License Agreement and Author Declaration Form” must be completed and signed by all authors and submitted with each article. If the article is written in Turkish, the Turkish version of the form may be used. Articles without a signed License Agreement will not be processed.

Similarity Report
A similarity report (Turnitin, iThenticate, or intihal.net) must be uploaded during the first submission. The acceptable similarity rate is below 20%. Self-similarity (e.g., thesis, conference paper, or method reuse) is evaluated separately and not included in this rate.Articles for which a similarity report cannot be obtained—either automatically or from the authors upon request—will be returned without processing.
Peer Review Process
Each submission undergoes a double-blind peer-review process.
- All manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent external reviewers who are experts in the field.
- The Editor-in-Chief or the assigned Handling Editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ reports.
- The typical review period is 3–7 weeks, depending on reviewer availability.
- Articles accepted for publication are formatted and prepared for final presentation.
