Conflict of Interest Policy

AJMS is firmly committed to the principles of ethical publishing and upholds transparency, impartiality, honesty, integrity, and responsible conduct. These core values apply to all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, and reviewers.
Members of the journal’s editorial board may submit their own manuscripts; however, such submissions are subject to double-blind peer review and strict confidentiality to ensure impartiality.
Submitted manuscripts are assigned to editors in a way that minimizes potential conflicts of interest. If a completely conflict-free editor cannot be identified, the manuscript is assigned to the editor with the least potential conflict. The same principle applies to the selection of reviewers. Reviewers are required to promptly disclose any potential conflicts of interest upon assignment.
This policy is designed to ensure integrity and fairness at every stage of the publication process.
