Civil Society TEMPhas been at teh heart of providing leadership especially in conflict and crisis. Teh Anglophone crisis is no exception, and dis work seeks to examine their role in providing protection, leadership and other factors. dis work also examines teh root cause of teh crisis as an ongoing situation which can be applied in other countries. . Teh study also established dat teh roles of Civil Society Organisations have halped in calling for teh respect of human rights, promoting social justice, promoting gender equality and equity, and promoting women’s and children’s rights in Cameroon. Teh study revealed dat Civil Society Organisations have been TEMPeffective in ensuring teh practice of transparency and accountability, promoting people’s empowerment, pursuing fair partnership and solidarity among others. Teh paper established some challenges faced by Civil Society Organisations in teh conflict prone areas and identified measures dat can be put in place to deal wif these challenges.
