Öz

Ekrin poroma, ekrin ter bezlerinden köken alan benign kutanöz tümördür. Ekrin poroma genellikle ayak tabanı ve avuç içinde yerleşir ancak nadiren boyun, saçlı deri ve yüzde de görülebilmektedir. Ekrin poroma tedavisi cerrahidir. Malign transformasyon ve rekürrens gösterebileceğinden dolayı hastalar cerrahi sonrasında düzenli olarak takip edilmelidir

A Rare Cause of Neck Mass: Eccrine Poroma

Abstract

Eccrine poroma is a benign cutaneous tumor that originates from the sweat glands. Eccrine poroma is usually located in the soles and plams but it can also rarely be located in the neck, scalp and face. Eccrine poroma’s treatment is surgery. Patients should be monitored regularly after surgery due to the possibility of malignant transformation and recurrence
