Turner Sendromlu Bir Olguda Pterigium Colli?nin Cerrahi Tedavisi

Öz

Pterigium colli, Turner sendromlu olgularda % 75 sıklıkta görülen bir deformitedir. Bu deformitede, her iki taraf servikal bölgede oluşan cilt fazlalığı mastoidden akromiyona doğru uzanır ve perdeler oluşturur. Bu yazıda Turner sendromlu 6 yaşında bir olguda Z plasti ve cilt eksizyonu ile Pterigium Colli’nin düzeltilmesi sunulmuştur. Operasyon sonrası bir komplikasyon görülmemiş olup, estetik olarak tatmin edici sonuç sağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Pterigium Colli düzeltilmesinde uyguladığımız teknik güvenilir ve estetik sonuçları yönünden tatmin edici bir cerrahi yöntemdir

Surgical Repair of Pterigium Colli in a Case with Turner Syndrome

Abstract

The prevalence of the Pterigium Colli deformity is 75% in patients with Turner syndrome. This congenital deformity manifests as bilateral extracervical skin extending from the mastoid to the acromion and constituting webs.The repair of Pterigium Colli in a 6-year-old patient with Turner syndrome using the Z plasty technique and skin excision is presented.There were no postoperative complications and a satisfactory aesthetic result was obtained.Our technique for the repair of Pterigium Colli is safe with a satisfactory aesthetic result
