Amfizematöz Sistit: Karın Ağrısının Nadir Nedeni

Öz

Amfizematöz sistit, mesane lümeninde ve duvarında hava birikimi ile karakterize nadir görülen enfeksiyöz bir hastalıktır. Diyabetes Mellitus DM , nörojenik mesane ve ileri yaş hastalığın gelişiminde önemli risk faktörleridir. Klinik bulgular tanı koymada yardımcı değildir. Risk faktörleri olan hastalarda tanı görüntüleme yöntemleri ile konur. Klinik bulgularla tanı koymanın güç oluşu ve tedavinin gecikmesi durumunda morbidite ve mortalitenin artış göstermesi nedeniyle bu olguyu sunuyoruz

Emphysematous Cystitis: A Rare Cause of Abdominal Pain

Abstract

Emphysematous cystitis is a rare infectious disease characterized by the accumulation of air in the lumen and wall of the bladder. Diabetes Mellitus DM , neurogenic bladder and advanced age are important risk factors for the development of emphysematous cystitis. Clinical findings are not helpful in the diagnosis. The diagnosis is made by diagnostic imaging methods in patients with risk factors. We present this case because of the difficulty of diagnosing this condition with the clinical findings and the increase in morbidity and mortality due to the delay in treatment
