Bazı Allium Türlerinin RAPD-PCR ile Genetik Analizleri

Year 1997, Volume: 10 Issue: 1, 136 - 142, 01.12.1997

Abstract

RAPD belirleyicileri Türkiye'de bulunan Allium türlerini ayırmak ve belirlemek için kullanıldı: A. neopolitanum, A. callidictyon, A. rupestre, A. scorodoprasıun, A. affine ve A. junceum. A. neopolitanum, A. callidictyon, A. rupestre, A. scorodoprasum, A. affine ve A. junceum arasındaki genetik uzaklıklar hesaplandı.

Genetic Analysis of Certain Allium Species with RAPD-PCR

Year 1997, Volume: 10 Issue: 1, 136 - 142, 01.12.1997

Abstract

Ran dom amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used to identify and distinguish between several Turkish Allium species: A. neopolitanum, A. callidictyon, A. rupestre, A. scorodoprasımı, A. affine and A. junceum. The primers A10 were evaluated for their usefulness. Reactions with primer A 10 produced amplified band and the size of amplified DNA fragments ranged from 100 to 947 base pairs. Reactions with another group of 11 primers made possible the separation of some but not all species. Genetic distances between A. neopolitanum, A. callidictyon, A. rupestre, A. scorodopr asam, A. affine and A. junceum were calculated.
