Kendine Döllenen Bitkilerde Tekrarlamalı Seleksiyon Yönteminin Uygulanması

Abstract

Bu derlemede, kendine döllenen (autogam) bitkilerde tekrarlamalı (recurrent) seleksiyon prensiplerinin uygulanışı değerlendirilmiştir. Kendine döllenen bitkilerde tekrarlamalı seleksiyonun felsefesi, belirli bir genotipte istenen genlerin en iyi şekilde fonksiyon göstermesine, popülasyonda istenen genlerin frekansının artırılmasına ve bağlı alleller arasında yeni kombinasyonlar meydana getirilmesine dayandırılır. Son yıllarda, kendine döllenen bitkilerde tekrarlamalı seleksiyon yönteminin artması, bazı türlerde bu yöntemin kullanılması ile elde edilmiş pozitif sonuçlar mevcuttur.

Application of Reccurent Selection Method in Self-Pollinated Plants

Abstract

In this review, application of the recurrent selection procedures in the self-pollinated (autogam) plants were evaluated. The philosophy of recurrent selection in self-pollinated plants is based on to promote recombination among linked alleles and to increase the frequencies of favouroble genes in populations of plants and to optimize the genetic backraund of specific desirable genes. Recently, an increasing interest in the use of recurrent selection with autogamous crops came from the positive results obtained in some of these species.
