Abstract
There are many grammar studies in Turkish languages that are studied. When these studies are analyzed, it is observed that there are some differences of opinion among grammar researchers. These differences of opinion arising from the fact that the researchers have different perspectives make the learning and teaching of some subjects difficult by causing some confusion in the Turkish language grammar. Conjunctions and prepositions in the dictionary classifications are included in this confusion. While classifying the Word types, reasons such as some linguists evaluating conjunctions as a subtitle in prepositions, the existence of disagreement about the term of conjunction and its scope are the basis of this study. İn addition, the formation of the conjunctions in the Turkish language is discussed and the structures that are used instead of the conjunctions are also mentioned beforehand. Also in this study, by examining the relationship between the mentioned Word types, it is aimed to clarify the existence of conjunctions in the Turkish language and its place in the classification of Word types. Towards the of the study, examples of the important works of Turkish literature and the uses of the conjunction in the sentence are included.
