Endemik Limonium lilacinum (Boiss. et Bal.) Wagenitz (Plumbaginaceae)'un Çimlenme Özellikleri (011006) (49-52)
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Afyonkarahisar ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren endemik Limonium lilacinum (Boiss. et Bal.) Wagenitz’un çimlenme özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada materyal olarak kullanılan olgun tohumlar çimlenme çalışması için kullanılmıştır. Aydınlık ortamdaki tohumlar 5. gün sonunda % 95 oranında, sürekli karanlık ortamdaki tohumlar ise 7. gün sonunda % 91 oranla çimlenmelerini tamamlamıştır. Ayrıca bu türe ait koruma stratejileri tartışılmıştır
