Metal Desteksiz Seramik Kron Ve Köprü Protezlerinin Üretimi

Abstract

Metal desteksiz seramik kron veya köprü protezleri; seramik destek (altlık), opak, dentin ve mine (insizal veya enamel) olmak üzere 4 farklı bileşenden meydana gelmektedir. Ayrıca, çoğu uygulamada porselen son ürünün daha parlak ve çekici görünmesi için insizalin üstü ince ve şeffaf bir sır tabakasıyla kaplanmaktadır. Yitriya (Y2O3) ile kısmen kararlı hale getirilmiş tetragonal zirkonyanın (tZrO2) biyo-uyumluluğu, yüksek mekanik özellikleri ve rengi seramik destek malzemesi olarak kron ve köprü uygulamalarında kullanımını son yıllarda çok popüler hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, zirkonya destek, opak, dentin, mine ve sır tabakalarının üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen örneklerin hepsi “ISO 6872, Dental Ceramics” standardına göre hazırlanmış ve test edilmiştir
