The nurses (N=550) working in a university hospital in the province of Eskişehir composed the sample. In this study, the relationships between the variables in the study were determined by analzing the data collected from 421 nurses by using the questionnaire form. The relationships between the variables of the study were analyzed by statistical methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and Sobel tests. In conclusion, it was determined that person-organization fit had a partial mediating role on the effect of leader support on job satisfaction while it had a full mediating role on the effect of social support effect on job satisfaction.
