Stratejik Yönetimde Dengeli Başarı Kartı, SWOT Analizi ve Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı stratejik yönetimde performans yönetiminin önemini vurgulamak ve işletmelerin tüm boyutlarını dikkate alan farklı araçların kullanılmasına ilişkin bilgi sunmaktır. Bu kapsamda, dengeli başarı kartı ve bu çalışmaya stratejilerin belirlenmesi açısından yardımcı olan SWOT analizi yöntemi kullanılmış ve bir işletmede uygulaması gösterilmiştir. Bu işletmenin SWOT analizine dayalı olarak stratejileri belirlenmiş ve bu stratejilerin strateji haritası çıkarılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonrası dengeli başarı kartı ile ilgili olarak her bir strateji ile ilgili metrikler ve ölçüm yöntemleri belirlenerek uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak işletme bu uygulama sonucunda belirlediği tüm alanlarda performansını daha etkili bir şekilde takip edebilir hale gelmiştir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of performance management in strategic management and to provide information on the use of different tools that take all dimensions of businesses into account. In this context, the Balanced Scorecard and the SWOT analysis method, which helps this study in terms of determining the strategies, have been used and its application has been shown in a business. The strategies of this business were determined based on SWOT analysis and the strategy map of these strategies was drawn. After this study, the metrics and measurement methods related to each strategy were determined and the application was carried out regarding the balanced scorecard. As a result, the company can follow its performance more effectively in all areas determined as a result of this application.
