Entropi ve Critic Yöntemlerine Göre 3PL Hizmet Sağlayıcılardan Beklenen Lojistik Performans Göstergelerinin Önem Sıralaması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı firmaların 3PL hizmet sağlayıcılarda dikkate aldıkları lojistik performans göstergelerinin önem düzeylerinin sıralamasının ikincil verilere (sektör, büyüklük, sermaye yapısı ve bölge) göre farklılaşan ya da benzeşen noktalarının ihracatçı firmalar bakış açısından belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada 2017 yılı Türkiye’nin ilk 1000 ihracatçı firmasından, anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. 33 göstergeden oluşan lojistik performans göstergeleri 6 boyut altında toplanmıştır. Buna göre birinci boyut “ilişkisel-teknolojik yeterlilikler ve müşteri memnuniyeti performans göstergeleri”, ikinci boyut “katma değerli hizmetler performans göstergeleri”, üçüncü boyut “sevkiyat ve yükleme işlemlerinin etkinliği performans göstergeleri”, dördüncü boyut “gelişime ve inovasyona yönelik performans göstergeleri”, beşinci boyut “ulaştırma operasyon performans göstergeleri” ve altıncı boyut “sipariş işleme performans göstergeleri” olarak adlandırılmıştır. ENTROPİ ve CRITIC yöntemleriyle elde edilen lojistik performans göstergelerinin önem düzeyleri karşılaştırıldığında, firmaların 3PL hizmet sağlayıcılardan beklentileri farklılaşmakla birlikte genel olarak ulaştırma operasyonu ile sevkiyat ve yükleme işlemlerinin etkinliği ile ilgili beklentilerinin olduğu görülmüştür.

Significance Ranking of Logistic Performance Indicators Expected From 3PL Service Providers According to Entropy and Critic Methods

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the points of differentiation or similarity according to secondary data (sector, size, capital structure and region) of the order of importance of logistics performance indicators that companies consider in 3PL service providers from the point of view of exporting companies. In the study, data were collected from the top 1000 exporting companies of Turkey in 2017, using the survey method. Logistics performance indicators consisting of 33 indicators are grouped under 6 dimensions. Accordingly, the first dimension is “relational-technological competencies and customer satisfaction performance indicators”, the second dimension is “value-added services performance indicators”, the third dimension is “performance indicators for the efficiency of shipping and loading operations”, the fourth dimension is “performance indicators for development and innovation”, and the fifth dimension is “performance indicators for development and innovation”. dimension "transport operation performance indicators" and the sixth dimension "order processing performance indicators". When the importance levels of the logistics performance indicators obtained by the ENTROPI and CRITIC methods are compared, it is seen that the expectations of the companies from the 3PL service providers differ, but in general, they have expectations about the efficiency of the transportation operation and shipping and loading processes.
