Abstract

Traditionally, educational organizations have often been managed based on a hierarchical structure, with decisions often made by top management (Jones, 2019). However, in recent years, alternative management models and more participatory approaches have been gaining more and more attention in the field of education (Brown, 2020). The aim of this study is to understand the role of anarchist theory and holacracy in education and to provide a basis for guiding future research and practice, to provide a different perspective on management thinking and practices in education, and to evaluate the potential effects of this perspective in education. In this context, the role of alternative management models in education is discussed, focusing on the effects of anarchist theory in education and the application of holacracy in education. It examines how anarchist theory brings a perspective to management thinking in education. How are concepts such as autonomy, participation and freedom, which are the basic principles of anarchist theory, reflected in education? It explains the concept of holacracy and how it differs from the traditional management approach. It discusses how holacracy can be applied in management in education and its potential effects.

Anarşist Kuram Çerçevesinde Eğitimde Yönetim Düşüncesi Ve Uygulamalarina Yöneltilen Eleştiriler: Yönetimde Holakrasi

Year 2024, Volume: 5 Issue: 1, 71 - 83, 21.05.2024
